Instilled upon brothers Michael and Nicolas Buzzo by their grandparents, who migrated to Schenectady from two small towns in South Dakota; Wessington and Clark, was a pride for their local community.

This pride for Schenectady began with flipping over two dozen homes within their first four years in business. As their experience grew their passion transpired into all things real estate development and management.
